With over 23 years in the trade Gavin has a wealth of experience in all aspects of electrical and security contracting. He continues to run the company in the direction of being known for undertaking high quality work, offering outstanding customer service and reliability, no matter how large or small the work may be, as well as being fair on price. He also aims to make sure he is always available to speak every customer about their project should they wish. 

Boasting 35 years experience, Paul is a key player in the team, overseeing general business procedures and policies, ensuring work environments and practices are in line with company requirements as well as managing the larger projects we are running, paul brings to the table, a sensible and thought out approach. He has a real keen eye on the small details so the perfect person to keep an eye on things. He also manages the fire safety and monitoring side of the company, so he is kept very busy. 

Gemma is the one behind the scenes, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. She holds a lot of experience within human resources and project management, and is very well suited to handling the constant challenges the construction sector brings. She is also married to Gavin, so really, She is the one sailing the Addisons ship
